Amerikas Addiction is comprised of producer J-The Truth and rapper Addiction (aka Ebonix). The duo hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The sound of Amerikas Addiction is somewhat of a hybrid of different genres, but its roots are in hip-hop. They pride themselves on not following trends while creating their own, unique music. This idea is illustrated through their slogan of "Do What You Desire".

Although the group Amerikas Addiction is fairly new, both artists have been in the music scene for quite some time. Formally under the flag of the Black House Gang, both J-The Truth and Ebonix are already veterans in the game. Ebonix was even featured in Vibe Magazine's 51 Best Myspace Rappers as Wisconsin's representative.

Enliten released the group's much anticipated EP titled "The Enlitened Ones" for free download on April 20th, 2011.
