DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 2 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@enlitenonline.com. You will receive an email from sales@enlitenonline.com when your order has been confirmed, along with a tracking code in MOST cases. Enlitenonline.com is not responsible for any items lost during shipping.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped USA Postal Service. Rates are calculated through average standard economy rates. International orders are shipped at the discretion of enlitenonline.com through the most reasonable international rate and method unless contact by buyer at time of purchase. Again, enlitenonline.com is not responsible for any items lost during shipping. If an alternative shipping method is preferred to those mentioned, you must contact sales@enlitenonline.com at time of purchase. All additional shipping charges are then billed to the buyer accordingly. Please contact sales@enlitenonline.com if you have any questions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, ship products, which have substantially similar functionality and specifications, to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to sales@enlitenonline.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.
